An inspection tour allows you to experience the resort environment, explore the available suite types, ask detailed questions, and understand the ownership structure with confidence.
For many buyers, it is the moment where the opportunity becomes real.
How the inspection tour works
A property can be reserved with a €5,000 reservation fee. This allows the investor to take an inspection tour and stay in the resorts fully paid. If the investor purchases the property, the reservation fee is deducted from the purchase price.
If the investor decides not to proceed, the unused part of the reservation fee will be returned.
It is also possible to visit without paying the reservation fee. In that case, the investor pays for the inspection tour directly.
