A property can be reserved with a €5,000 reservation fee. This gives the investor the right to take an inspection tour and stay in the resorts fully paid. If the investor decides to buy, the reservation fee is deducted from the purchase price. If the investor decides not to buy, the unused part of the reservation fee will be returned.

It is also possible to go on an inspection tour without paying the reservation fee. In that case, the investor pays for the inspection tour directly.
