the first 3 years

For the first 3 years, the investment offers a guaranteed minimum rental return of 5% per year.
This period is designed to provide clarity and predictability from the outset.

After the guaranteed period the rental income is split 50/50 between the owner and the resort operator.

For a €150,000 suite, the financial model shows transfer costs of €3,750 and annual guaranteed rental income of €6,319.69 in each of years 1, 2, and 3, resulting in total guaranteed rental income of €18,959.06 over 3 years.



The same model shows estimated total income of €32,459.06 over that period when estimated capital growth is included, with an estimated average ROI during the guaranteed period of approximately 7.04% per annum. What happens after the guaranteed period

Whilst Investors have the possibility to sell their property at any time. After the guaranteed period, ownership continues within a resort-managed rental structure.

Reservation fee and inspection tour

A property can be reserved with a €5,000 reservation fee. This gives the investor the right to go on an inspection tour and stay in the resorts fully paid. If the investor decides to buy the property, the reservation fee is deducted from the purchase price.



If the investor decides not to buy, the part of the reservation fee that was not used for the inspection tour will be returned.

It is also possible to go on an inspection tour without paying the reservation fee. In that case, the investor pays for the inspection tour.
